Iyengar Yoga Center Boulder (Boulder Yoga)

The Iyengar Yoga Center of Boulder was established in 1991 by Laura Allard, now an Intermediate Jr III Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and internationally acclaimed anatomy teacher.

The school offers a wide-ranging program covering various aspects of the science and art of yoga. There are classes for all levels of students, weekend workshops with senior teachers.

Vida Studio Boulder

This is an exciting new Boulder yoga studio with much to offer. For one, they have a genuine interest in helping the community and that's why they have set themselves up as purely donation based for regular classes!

The suggested donation is only $10, so practicing there is a fantastic value considering they have such a diverse group of truly excellent instructors.
